Like many ecommerce businesses, we operate out of a residence and can conduct business without staff leaving their homes. At this time, there is a single staff member processing and shipping all orders. We are also following CDC recommendations for increased cleaning and disinfecting. Because of this situation, we have made the following temporary changes.
- Order processing is taking about 4 business days.
- USPS is the only available shipping service. Express service is not available at this time.
- If you prefer to place your order over the phone, please call 989.941.5861. Leave a voicemail, if there is no answer. Our customer service representative is an undergraduate student and has an erratic schedule. Public health crises, governmental orders, shipping times, order processing times, and availability of items are not her fault. She is also not a mental health professional; if you are in the midst of an emotional crisis, please wait until you are calm enough to be polite before calling.
Customer service and other functions are being done remotely. Please be patient with our staff, who may have to communicate with each other before answering customer questions.
Several other states are under shelter-in-place or stay-home orders, which has impacted our supply chain. Many of our suppliers are operating with minimal warehouse staff. This means that we may experience delays in restocking items while this crisis continues. We thank you in advance for your patience.
We know that beading is a vital component of the emotional well-being of so many of you. We are working diligently during these chaotic times to ensure that the best beads and supplies are available to you. We thank you for being patient and supportive. Because of your patronage, we are able to make sure that our staff will receive a paycheck during this stay-home period.
